To support The Cookie Project's mission of providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities, we developed a comprehensive digital platform. Our solution focused on enhancing brand visibility, driving direct-to-consumer sales, and creating a seamless customer experience.
The core of our strategy was a visually appealing e-commerce website built on a robust backend system. We prioritised user experience by designing an intuitive platform with key features such as a unique employment impact counter and a streamlined checkout. Another unique feature is that the store directly connects with NZ Post so that printed packing slips, invoices and parcel labels are automatically prepared after orders are made.
As part of the product and packaging design, we included a QR code on each package. This innovative feature links consumers directly to the baker's profile, enabling them to express appreciation and learn more about the individual behind the product. This unique approach not only enhances customer engagement but also provides valuable encouragement to the bakers through consumer feedback.
By aligning digital strategy with social impact, we transformed The Cookie Project into a thriving e-commerce brand. Our collaborative approach created a platform that not only drives sales but also empowers the disability community.
